The purpose of this workshop is to increase participants' understanding of the security of research reactors, and the fundamental principles as they relate to the protection of research reactors.

The workshop is intended for national participants who are nuclear research reactor operators, members of regulatory organizations, or from government departments with responsibilities related to the security of nuclear materials and other radioactive materials.
