The purpose of the course is to familiarize participants with nuclear security measures that address insider threats, including unauthorized removal of nuclear materials (theft), sabotage and cyber security at facilities containing nuclear material. On the basis of lectures and small-group working sessions with exercises, the course will introduce the concepts that underlie the evaluation of preventive and protective measures and explain how these should be
