• National coordinating mechanism.
• Hazard assessment and emergency preparedness categories.
• Protection strategy.
• Protection of emergency workers and helpers.
• Communication to the public.
• Termination of a safety or security related nuclear or radiological emergency .
• Trainings and exercises.
• Development of emergency plans and procedures.
