The IAEA Lise Meitner Programme (LMP) provides early and mid‑career women professionals with opportunities to advance their career development in the nuclear field through participation in a multi-week visiting professional programme. Specific to this programme is the objective of supporting continued growth of community of nuclear professionals by strengthening their individual technical expertise focusing on nuclear power plant operation.
