Enhancing Capacity in Member States for Rapid Response to Food Safety Incidents and Emergencies

To enhance capacity of Member States to respond rapidly to food/feed safety incidents and emergencies affecting humans, animals and trade by following set procedures and methods for sampling and testing agricultural samples to detect and identify contaminants and put in place effective control measures to protect the public and minimise disruption to trade in agricultural commodities.
